I'm a photographer - obviously.

Beyond that I'm a person who always has to know why and how. I love to learn about people! I enjoy talking about anything from astronauts, to deep sea divers, to artists, to scientists. I'm curious about life. Maybe that's why I get along so well with brides, grooms, and seniors. I'm interested in you, not just as a picture, but as a person.

Personally, my favorite things include: summer, my English Springer Spaniel Elssa, reading a book on a quiet day, journaling, doodling, Photoshop, design, 1940s big band music, dark chocolate, listening to my siblings laugh, crazy art blogs, color, shadow and texture.

Photographically, I cherish the moments when people forget that I'm present and taking pictures. This Lifestyle Photography is my very favorite. When I can capture and preserve who you really are, it makes my day!
